If you have never tried a milk based soap on your skin before, and have wondered what all the fuss is about, then I would urge you to try one, at least once. Although, I had better warn you, that when you have, you will never want to use another commercial soap on your skin again. Once tried, you will very quickly discover that the skin rejuvenating benefits that your skin receives, far outweighs the cost involved with the purchase of a quality handmade milk soap. Not only does your skin start to regain its natural moisture balance, but will also look and feel radiantly silky-smooth once more. There are many reasons as to why the soaps have the ability to do this, and it has a lot to do with the method of how the soap is made and the choice of ingredients used. Using a soap made from a milk can truly benefit your skin’s health in so many ways. From the days of Cleopatra milk has be recognized as a luxurious moisturiser and skin rejuvenator and is easily absorbed by the skin. Goat's Milk contains precious vitamins such as vitamin A, B1, B6, B12, E, plus minerals like selenium, a natural antioxidant that is known for its anti-aging properties. Milk also contains lactic acid which is an alpha hydroxy acid, which helps to exfoliate, cleanse and soften the skin. Goat's Milk is also rich in essential fatty acids and triglycerides that have a unique pH similar to humans, making it a gentle and soothing ingredient. Our Goats milk soaps are wonderful for people with dry or sensitive skin, or conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. It is also perfect for healthy skin that wants to stay that way.

Fresh Goat's Milk Being Poured Into A Combination Of Skin Loving Oils

We make all of our soaps by hand via an old-time cold process method. This earth-friendly process retains all the natural goodness of the ingredients and also produces a soap that is rich in natural occurring glycerin. Glycerin is an humectant that helps to draw moisture to your skin, which assists with maintaining the skins moisture balance naturally.

Other than the addition of fresh milk, we also use a high percentage of cold pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil which helps to contribute to the soaps gentleness and super moisturizing qualities. In fact our recipes contain between 4-7 different selections of palm oil free cold-pressed oils, to which each individually, contribute to the conditioning effects that your skin gains with continued use. There is also another magical beautifying element that is used in the soap making procedure, which is to super-fat the soaps, this method ensures that there is a healthy level of skin loving oils left remaining locked within each bar after the all the ingredients have turned into a soap.

A Specialty Selection Of Cold Pressed Oils Just Before The Addition Of The Fresh Goat's Milk

Sensitive Skin, Eczema, Dermatitis and Psoriasis

You really cannot go wrong with choosing any one of our soaps for yourself or any of your loved ones that have any of the above skin problems, as they have all been formulated and developed to be very mild and non irritating, even for the the most delicate of skins. There is something to suit everyone, all skin types and age groups, including children and babies.

Over the years we have received hundreds of customer testimonials with various skin conditions, such as Sensitive skin, Eczema, Dermatitis, Psoriasis, Acne and similar skin conditions, that have had great success by simply using a bar of our soap. However if you have never used our soaps before and you have very sensitive skin or you are looking for a soap for babies I would suggest that you begin with our unscented soaps such as our Naturally Naked Goat's Milk Soap, Calendula & Honey Goat's Milk Soap, or our Hemp Milk Soap (unscented). These soaps are simply beautiful to use without the added scent, but once you have gained your confidence with them, you could try one of our scented ones next time. The soaps are so gentle and moisturising that they can also be safely used as a gentle face cleanser and makeup remover as well, in fact this is the only way I cleanse my skin and due to the moisturising qualities of the soaps have only ever needed to use the minimal amount of moisturiser on my face and have never needed a body moisturiser since using our soaps either. I have super hyper-sensitive skin and found that I can use all of our soaps with no problems at all. But everyone is different and it is always wise to start with the unscented if you are not sure.
