Q. Can I return my goods if I am unhappy with them?

Please choose your purchases carefully. Pure Scents has a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with a product(s) you have purchased online, we will happily organise a refund or exchange. Simply contact us via phone or email explaining whether you want a refund or exchange for the product(s) and a reason for the return or exchange. From there we can arrange to have the products return to us.

Q. WHEN do items need to be returned by?
If for any reason you feel that you have received defective products, please phone us or email us immediately. This should be done within 7 days of receipt and the product(s) must be substantially unused. When returning goods, please keep proof of return in the event the parcel goes missing in transit.
